The brioche dough rests overnight in the fridge before being baked to develop the taste and texture that make our products special. The Dulcinée Raspberry Brioche is filled with homemade raspberry jam. Allergens: Dairy products, eggs, and gluten may contain nuts. No Preservatives, Artificial Color or Flavour.

Raspberry Brioche (1 brioche /pack) – 270g, approx 5 inches

  • Shipped freshly baked.
  • Impressive soft texture and mix of flavors, egg bread, and homemade raspberry jam.
  • 10 days shelf life – before bag opening
  • After opening, pack it well to avoid the brioche drying.
  • Can be frozen for 3 to 4 months. Maintains its taste and texture after thawing if kept in its packaging.
  • Defrosting: Let the brioche come back to room temperature. We highly recommend not putting it in the microwave.
  • Can be warmed in the oven at 300°F to 320°F for 2 to 3 minutes after defrosting.
