The brioche dough rests overnight at low temp. before being baked to develop taste and texture that make our products special. Allergens: Almond, Dairy products, Eggs, Gluten, may contain nuts. No Preservative, Artificial Color or Flavour.

 Mini-Brioche Chocolate: 6 Mini-Brioches /pack – 6 x 60g

  • Shipped freshly baked.
  • Impressive soft texture and delicious flavor of soft buns & melted chocolate fondant.
  • 10 days shelf life – before bag opening
  • After opening, pack it well to avoid the brioche drying.
  • Can be frozen for 3 to 4 months. Maintains its taste and texture after thawing if kept in its packaging.
  • Defrosting: Let the brioche come back to room temperature. We highly recommend not putting it in the microwave.
  • Can be warmed in the oven at 300°F to 320°F for 2 to 3 minutes after defrosting.
