Product Orders

Our bakery takes great pride in offering high-quality pastries, including cakes, tarts, cookies, and more. Orders placed through our website will be confirmed via email and prepared with utmost care. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or absence at the time of delivery. Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, changes or cancellations to standard orders must be made within 12 hours of placement.

Subscription Services

We offer flexible pastry subscription plans that allow customers to receive a curated selection of baked goods on a recurring basis. Subscription frequency can be selected as monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly, based on customer preferences. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method until you cancel the service. You may pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle to take effect in time.

Modifications and Cancellations

Customers have the ability to modify subscription preferences or cancel services by logging into their user accounts. Changes to delivery schedules, product selections, or frequency must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the upcoming delivery. If a modification or cancellation is attempted after this window, it may not apply until the following cycle. For one-time orders, cancellations or edits must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Beyond that period, the order will be considered final and non-refundable unless there is a verifiable issue.

Pricing and Payments
