The brioche dough rests overnight in the fridge before being baked to develop the taste and texture that make our products special. Allergens: Almond, Dairy products, Eggs, Gluten, may contain nut fruits. No Preservatives, Artificial Color or Flavour.

Twist Cinnamon & Almond Brioche (1 brioche /pack) – 600g, approx 15 inches in length

  • Shipped freshly baked.
  • Impressive soft texture and mix of flavors of almond, cinnamon & brioche dough.
  • 10 days shelf life – before bag opening
  • After opening, pack it well to avoid the brioche drying.
  • Can be frozen for 3 to 4 months. Maintains its taste and texture after thawing if kept in its packaging.
  • Defrosting: Let the brioche come back at room Temp. We highly recommend to not put it in the microwave.
  • Can be warmed in the oven at 300°F to 320°F for 2 to 3 minutes after defrosting.
