Wheat Flour, Eggs, Unsalted Butter, Margarine, Apple, Sugar, Yeast, Invert Sugar, Salt, Enzyme. The brioche dough rests overnight in the fridge before being baked to develop taste and texture that make our products special. The Dulcinée’s Apple Mini-Brioche is filled with home-made apple compote with low sugar content. Allergens: Dairy products, Eggs, Gluten, may contain nuts. No Preservative, Artificial Color or Flavour.

Apple Mini-Brioche: 6 Mini-Brioches /pack – 6 x 60g

  • Shipped freshly baked.
  • Impressive soft texture and delicious flavor of soft buns & apple compote low sugar content.
  • 10 days shelf life – before bag opening
  • After opening, pack it well to avoid the brioche drying.
  • Can be frozen for 3 to 4 months. Maintains its taste and texture after thawing if kept in its packaging.
  • Defrosting: Let the brioche come back to room temperature. We highly recommend not putting it in the microwave.
  • Can be warmed in the oven at 300°F to 320°F for 2 to 3 minutes after defrosting.
